The Journey of Healing

After the death of a loved one, family and friends may experience grief in a number of ways. Whether the death was anticipated or was unexpected, there is no right or wrong way to grieve such a loss. There are no rules to be followed during the process of healing. However, some comfort can be found within various resource materials, such as videos and books, which relate to the feelings of a loss through death.

Many of these titles can be found at your local library, at a bookstore, or through the convenience of an online system. Please feel free to check back for more titles, as we will continue to add recommendations to this list.
